Interested in a dress on their website that was described as being made of cotton, I emailed asking if it is 100% cotton. I promptly received a reply saying that it is. I thanked them for their quick reply and promptly received another email saying that the pleasure is all theirs. I was so pleased with their friendliness. I ordered the dress, and was bummed when it arrived with a tag saying 100% polyester. I liked it, but I don't like wearing plastic.
